At the most recent Partners Meeting, Chiomenti approved Riccardo Rossi’s appointment as Partner.

Former managing counsel Riccardo Rossi has been advising banks and alternative lenders on financing transactions (including leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate financing, and secured financing) since joining the firm in 2019.
