Rose & Partner Welcomes Dr. Christina Beck as New Partner

Dr. Christina Beck has joined Rose & Partner’s Munich office as a salary partner in the corporate law and M&A practice group effective December 2025, expanding the firm’s corporate law team.

Beck brings three years of prior experience from Milbank, where she worked as an attorney focusing on corporate law and M&A transactions. Her practice covers corporate structuring, M&A transactions, and both domestic and cross-border corporate law matters. Her client base includes established companies, family offices, and private equity funds. Handelsblatt and Best Lawyers recognized Beck in 2021 as one of Germany’s most promising attorneys in corporate law.

The appointment represents a continued expansion of Rose & Partner’s Munich corporate law practice. The firm, which operates across five German locations with approximately 40 legal professionals, has strengthened its Munich presence in recent years with additions to its corporate and M&A team. Munich serves as a center for family-owned businesses and institutional investors seeking corporate law and M&A advisory services.
