valfor Attorneys-at-Law advised the gipser.ch group on a strategic partnership with Rossi Aregger AG. The firm published the deal announcement on 31 August 2026, stating that “the gipser.ch group has entered into a strategic partnership with Rossi Aregger AG”.
According to the same announcement, Rossi Aregger AG is based in Baar in the canton of Zug, has provided plastering and drywall services for more than 60 years and employs around 80 specialists. As the eighth partner company of the gipser.ch group, it strengthens the group’s position in interior fit-out, renovation and real estate development.
