DF-MP applaud our distinguished colleagues Annette Hilgendorf and Richard Page.
DF-MP is now even stronger. With two new partners, we’ll succeed even more.
Richard Page, Partner
Dr Page is in the firm’s biotechnology and pharmaceuticals practise group. He can represent clients before the EPO.
He handles EPO patent prosecution, opposition, and appeal proceedings.
Dr. Page studied biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, and neurology.
He spent years in scientific research before entering intellectual property.
Annette Hilgendorf, Partner
Dr. Hilgendorf works in the firm’s biotechnology and pharmaceuticals practise group. The GPTO and EPO allow her to represent clients.
She prosecutes EPO patent applications and represents clients in hearings and the EPO in opposition and appeal proceedings. In the pharmaceutical industry, she has extensive freedom-to-operate analysis and validity experience.
Dr. Hilgendorf has experience in process engineering, plant biotechnology, and chemistry.
