CBA Advises Apeiron on Milan Luxury Property Acquisition
Apeiron S.r.l. has acquired a complex at Corso Vercelli 22, Milan, strengthening its position in the real estate market.
CBA advised Apeiron, with a team led by Roberto Brustia. Pierluigi Alessio and Federica Stefania Rota handled real estate law, while Barbara Orlando managed administrative law. Andrea Motta addressed tax matters, and Francesco Dialti and Vincenzo Cimmino oversaw financial structuring and securitisation.
The deal was structured as a securitisation under Article 7.2 of Law 130/1999. Apeiron’s CEO, Mattia Milani, led the process, with involvement from strategic partner Genesi Holding and financial support from Alphaomega S.r.l.

The acquisition was through a private bidding process managed by DILS S.p.A. The deal was financed with two classes of asset-backed securities to fund renovation costs.
The development will include 32 luxury residential units, retail space, and a total area of 5,000 square meters. It will feature an A4 energy-class building, a gym, pool, exclusive services, and advanced home automation.
Mattia Milani commented, “This acquisition is a key step for us. We believe in Milan’s real estate potential and will continue pursuing new opportunities despite regulatory challenges.”
