Walder Wyss supports Cembra Money Bank

The issuance of Swiss Auto Lease 2023-1 GmbH (the Issuer) of a CHF 275,000,000 variable rate senior asset-backed loan note with an optional redemption date in 2026 was completed by Cembra Money Bank AG (Cembra) in May 2023.

Walder Wyss served as Swiss drafting counsel for Cembra and provided advice on the overall structuring, all Swiss law tax, and VAT elements of this transaction.
