As of 3 June 2025, Roberto Nigro and his team—Sveva Ricci, Sara Aratari, and Giordana Rossi—have joined TARGET.

Their arrival strengthens TARGET’s Corporate M&A division, especially in Venture Capital. Nigro’s team is a key player in the Italian market.

TARGET continues to grow. Earlier in 2025, 11 professionals from hi.lex & RaffaelliSegreti joined.

Founded in 2021, TARGET now has 44 professionals, including 16 partners.
