BPE Completes Full Acquisition of SEPAmatic GmbH

BPE Unternehmensbeteiligungen has acquired 100% of SEPAmatic GmbH. The Hamburg-based firm specializes in succession planning for medium-sized German companies.

SEPAmatic is a leading supplier of belt separators for the food processing industry. Its gentle separation process enhances raw material quality for better processing.
