A leading UK law firm, Blake Morgan, has been appointed to advise the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), a significant legal regulator.
Blake Morgan will investigate and represent the SRA at Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal proceedings with Capsticks. This function assists the SRA, which regulates over 160,000 solicitors and other approved professionals.
The appointments were made following a thorough and exhaustive procurement procedure by the SRA. The new contracts will go into effect on November 1, 2023, for a three-year period.
Blake Morgan regulatory partners James Danks, Clare Strickland, and Delme Griffiths will lead the effort.
