Blake Morgan, a prominent UK law firm, has been chosen by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to offer legal advice to the significant legal regulator.
Blake Morgan, along with Capsticks, will lead the investigation and represent SRA at Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal proceedings. The function is aimed at assisting the SRA, which is responsible for regulating over 160,000 solicitors and other approved professionals.
The SRA conducted a rigorous and exhaustive procurement process, which led to the selection of Blake Morgan and Capsticks. Both companies will undertake the new contracts starting November 1, 2023, for a three-year period.
Leading the effort at Blake Morgan will be regulatory partners James Danks, Clare Strickland, and Delme Griffiths.
