UBS has made an investment in numarics AG and wants to develop a strategic collaboration with Numarics with the intention of digitizing and expanding financial and administrative solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Switzerland. Numarics will be a member of this partnership. In the day-to-day operations of SMEs, administrative activities frequently present a problem and consume a significant amount of time. Through this agreement, UBS and Numarics intend to develop solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) that will consolidate and simplify accounting, time-consuming administrative duties, and banking services; the focus of these solutions will be on providing a mobile-first user experience that is consistent across the board.
