Pedersoli and Veirano Advogados helped Goglio S.p.A. acquire ownership of Brazilian company Mega Embalagens Ltda., with headquarters and industrial unit in Salvador do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul.

Goglio S.p.A., a leading flexible packaging firm, expands its global footprint with production units in Italy, the Netherlands, the US, and China and sales offices in Europe and Southeast Asia.
