By Securing $100 Million in Capital Commitments, Daktronics, Inc. Strengthens Financial Position
Vinson & Elkins assisted Daktronics, Inc. (“the Company”) and its Board’s Strategy and Financing Review Committee in raising $100 million.
JPMorgan Chase’s 3-year $75 million senior secured credit facility and Alta Fox’s $25 million convertible debt financing provide the additional money. Vinson & Elkins advised the Company and Committee on Alta Fox’s March 19 standstill and voting agreement as part of the financing.
