Marval O’Farrell Mairal and Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi advised on the creation of a strategic alliance for the water business in Argentina whereby Danone transferred to CCU a minority stake in Aguas Danone de Argentina S.A., owner of the brands Villavicencio, Ser, Levite and Villa del Sur, among others.
The joint venture will allow both companies to enrich their beverage offerings and strengthen their operations in the country. The closing of the transaction took place on 28 April 2022.
