New Partner for Frankfurt: Oppenhoff strengthens its tax law practice with Jan Mohrmann Oppenhoff.

Jan Mohrmann provides comprehensive tax law advice to companies and high net worth individuals. His focus is on M&A, private equity and real estate transactions as well as mandates in the area of succession and wealth. The 43-year-old is a lawyer and tax advisor.

Firm spokeswoman Myriam Baars-Schilling: “We are very pleased that our Frankfurt office continues to grow dynamically with Jan Mohrmann. He will join our successful tax team to focus on transactions and advising high net worth individuals, working closely with the corporate lawyers in Frankfurt and Cologne in particular.”

Jan Mohrmann studied law at the Universities of Hanover and Münster and finance at the University of Applied Sciences for Administration and Administration of Justice in Rinteln. In 2013, he was appointed as a tax consultant.
