LPA-CGR avocats (Shanghai) advised TRESCAL on the acquisition of a majority stake in Suzhou LECC Testing Technology (LECC), a 2011 company based in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, that employs over 120 people and performs calibrations in 20 accredited domains for over 2,000 clients in the transportation, life science, renewable energy, and advanced manufacturing industries.
