Jobindex delists from Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark.

Friday, June 30, 2023, was the last trading day for shares of Jobindex (Nasdaq: JOBNDX), as the offer period of Danielsen 2’s uncontrolled public tender offer closed. Danielsen 2 acquired 46,687 shares in the tender offer, giving it 96% ownership of Jobindex.

Nasdaq First North has listed Jobindex since 2007. Thus, Jobindex’s delisting begins a new era. Congratulations to Jobindex for delisting and thanks to Kaare Danielsen for inviting us.
