Hong Kong firm HY Leung & Co has added Karen Lam as a partner, strengthening its family and matrimonial practice. Lam joins from Howse Williams, where she previously headed the practice.
Lam handles complex matrimonial and family law matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Her work covers divorce and separation, child custody and wardship, financial applications, injunctions, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She also advises on will drafting, probate and general civil litigation.
