Korean firm Shin & Kim has strengthened its M&A practice with the appointment of Banghyun Kim as a partner. Kim joins from Bae Kim & Lee.
Kim has almost 17 years of experience advising domestic corporations, private equity firms, financial institutions and multinational companies on transactions. His recent work includes advising on the sale of Iljin Materials to Lotte Chemical and advising Kakao and Kakao Entertainment.
