Guillaume Fabre specialises in antitrust and State aid cases. He represented Apple, Reckitt, and Eureden in French Competition Authority and European Commission lawsuits. Guillaume Fabre has represented key French State aid cases (Dexia, PSA, Areva, SNCM) and has extensive damages litigation experience in French commercial courts, particularly for tech issues.
