FBT Gibbons adds Labor & Employment partners Teresa D. Hudson and Adam S. Mocciolo. The firm announced on 6 October 2026 that Hudson joins its Houston office and Mocciolo its New York office, strengthening the national practice in employment litigation, counselling and investigations.
Hudson joins from Munck Wilson Mandala LLP, where she was a partner in the Employment & Labor group. She counsels employers on employee relations, workplace policies and compliance, investigations and workforce management, and represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor and the Texas Workforce Commission. Her career has spanned private practice, entrepreneurship and senior HR leadership, and she has a growing sports law practice focused on Name, Image, and Likeness matters.

Mocciolo joins from Akerman LLP, where his practice spanned employment counselling and litigation, internal investigations, restrictive covenant and trade secret matters and complex commercial disputes. He previously practised in house at W.R. Berkley Corporation, where he served as lead employment counsel.
