Bart Williams of Proskauer honoured as Distinguished Counsel by the Daily Journal. The firm announced on 30 September 2026 in Los Angeles that the Daily Journal has named its partner one of its 2026 Distinguished Counsel, an honour for lawyers who have appeared consistently on the publication’s “Top 100 Lawyers” list and have demonstrated sustained excellence over many years.
Williams is chair of Proskauer’s Litigation Department and head of its Los Angeles office. According to the firm, he has represented Fortune 500 companies as lead counsel in their most challenging and high-profile matters, is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has prevailed in jury and bench trials nationwide.
