In a murder and attempted murder trial, Claire Davies KC achieved a significant victory by securing the only acquittal on all counts.

After a five-week trial conducted at the Old Bailey, Claire Davies KC, along with her co-counsel Marilyn Vitte, achieved a successful outcome for her client – a 19-year-old rapper facing charges of murder, manslaughter, attempted murder, and s18 offenses. Remarkably, among all the defendants, Claire’s client emerged as the sole individual to secure an acquittal on every count.

The charges against Claire’s client stemmed from a violent knife fight that resulted in a young man sustaining multiple life-threatening stab wounds to his back, while another individual suffered serious injuries. Subsequent to the incident, the client fled the jurisdiction. This case was managed under the instructions of Richard Jefferies from O’Keeffe Solicitors.
