BRANDI Advises on Heicks Group Sale to Variosystems AG

Variosystems AG has acquired Heicks Industrieelektronik GmbH, a leading aviation electronics company. The deal strengthens Variosystems’ expertise in surface treatment and secures a local production site in Germany.

The Heicks site in Geseke will serve as the headquarters for Variosystems Europe North. It will provide local support for German customers and expand into a technology center for aerospace, mobility, medical technology, and industrial applications. PCB assembly and device manufacturing will continue at the site.
