The four partners share specialized knowledge in leveraged finance and restructuring across multiple sectors. Their experience encompasses acquisition finance and working capital facilities, asset-based and reserve-based lending structures, project financings, and liability management transactions. All four advise clients on in- and out-of-court restructurings, complex financial transactions, and cross-border restructuring matters involving multinational debt obligations and corporate reorganizations.

In a statement, Brunette noted the strategic importance of the move, citing Ashurst’s significant investment and expansion in the U.S. market as a key factor in the decision to join the firm.
