Foley’s experience spans securities regulation, derivatives and trading matters, post-trade infrastructure compliance, and regulatory advisory work for conduct risk and market integrity frameworks. Prior to joining Jones Day, she advised clients on complex cross-border financial transactions and regulatory coordination requirements across European and UK markets.
