Juill, a certified Austrian lawyer since 2018, has been instrumental in structuring complex transactions that attracted significant market attention for their innovative, often first-to-market structures. He holds degrees in law from the University of Vienna and joined bpv Hügel as an associate in 2014, progressing through the ranks to counsel before his promotion to partnership. He advises clients in German and English.

The appointment underscores bpv Hügel’s focus on bolstering its transaction practice. The firm has recently advised on several high-profile acquisitions and corporate restructurings in Austria, positioning itself alongside major international firms serving the region’s capital-intensive sectors. As partner, Juill will lead transaction execution for the firm’s multinational and domestic corporate clientele operating across various industries including financial services, real estate and industrial sectors.

Bpv Hügel, established in Vienna, maintains a robust legal practice covering Austrian law with international competency. The firm is recognised in Chambers for its strength in multiple practice areas serving Austrian and Central European clients.
