$30.4 Billion Raised by Blackstone Real Estate Partners X

Simpson Thacher advised Blackstone on its eleventh global opportunistic real estate fund, Blackstone Real Estate Partners X (“BREP X”). Blackstone said that BREP X completed with $30.4 billion in capital commitments, making it the largest real estate or private equity drawdown fund ever.
