Nichola Foley, Partner, has joined Jones Day’s London office in March 2026 as a member of the firm’s Financial Markets practice group. Foley brings specialist experience advising financial institutions, investment firms, and market participants on regulatory matters, transaction structures, and post-trade compliance across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.

Foley’s experience spans securities regulation, derivatives and trading matters, post-trade infrastructure compliance, and regulatory advisory work for conduct risk and market integrity frameworks. Prior to joining Jones Day, she advised clients on complex cross-border financial transactions and regulatory coordination requirements across European and UK markets.
