E+H has added two more partners from inside its own ranks as it continues to develop and grow:

Both Mr. Florian Sagmeister and Mr. Christoph Lejsek, BSc (WU) began their careers at E+H as associates, and they most recently filled in at the Vienna office.

As of July 1st, 2022, Christoph Lejsek, BSc (WU) (33), was made partner. He provides his knowledge in advising large energy utilities and in international transactions, particularly in the potential field of renewable energies. At the University of Vienna and the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, Christoph Lejsek studied law and business administration, respectively.

As of July 1st, 2022, Florian Sagmeister (32) was also made a partner. He has improved the practice areas of IP/IT + Competition Law and Antitrust Law since joining E+H in 2014. He focuses on contract writing, distribution networks, state aid legislation, intellectual property law (trademark law, and protection of personality). Florian Sagmeister attended the University of Vienna to study law.

With Chistoph Lejsek and Florian Sagmeister, we were able to welcome two long-time colleagues to the partner team, which makes us very happy and means a lot to us, says Dr. Dieter Thalhammer, partner at E+H. “E+H has been growing for years – our strategy is constant and our success confirms that we are on the right track.”
