Fintech Helu.io receives advice from Austrian law firm Herbst Kinsky on its USD 10 million Series A fundraising round.

Herbst Kinsky provided advice on Helu.io’s Series A financing round, which included lead investor and FinTech expert CommerzVentures as well as VC IRIS and early-stage investor Speedinvest. This follows the company’s successful seed financing round of EUR 4.2 million.

Through planning and reporting tools, Helu digitizes tax advising to maximize collaboration between tax advisors and their clients.

With the assistance of Magdalena Wagner and Irmgard Nemec, Carl Walderdorff served as the team’s leader for Herbst Kinsky.
