Chammas & Marcheteau has advised Amundi Private Equity Funds on its investment in Groupe Cap Vert, alongside majority shareholder Gimv and the management team led by Eric Girot, the firm announced on 19 October 2026.
Founded in 1984, Groupe Cap Vert provides local environmental services and specialises in tree and green-space management. The investment is part of Amundi Private Equity Funds’ Megatrends strategy and is intended to help Groupe Cap Vert accelerate its development and expansion in France and Europe.
