Yards has advised Mix with the Masters, an online training platform for music production and sound engineering, on its sale to the listed Japanese group Noritsu Koki via its subsidiary AlphaTheta (formerly Pioneer DJ), the firm announced on 11 October 2026.
Founded in 2010, Mix with the Masters offers a library of video tutorials and tools by leading engineers and producers as well as in-person seminars, and has around fifteen employees. Noritsu Koki, founded in 1951 in Tokyo, specialises in audio technologies.
