Rulen (formerly LexSA), a vertical AI platform for the tax and accounting sector, closed the round led by VC Partners, with participation from Growth Engine, AME Ventures, Zest (via the vehicle Magic Mind), Alpha Venture and a group of business angels. The funds will mainly be used for commercial expansion and product development, moving the platform towards an agentic model for end-to-end tax workflows.
