August Debouzy has advised BlaBlaCar on the sale of BlaBlaCar Daily, its short-distance carpooling business, to Karos, the firm announced on 15 October 2026.
The transaction brings together more than 150,000 monthly active carpoolers, over 11 million journeys a year and a network of more than 250 local authorities and 1,500 corporate partners. BlaBlaCar will focus on its core long-distance carpooling business and remain a close partner of Karos.
