Jan Hückel joins Taylor Wessing as Equity Partner in the firm’s Corporate/M&A practice. He moves from McDermott Will & Schulte to Taylor Wessing’s Düsseldorf office, effective 1 April 2026.
Hückel advises national and international companies as well as financial investors on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. He brings extensive experience in the corporate law aspects of complex transaction projects. His arrival follows the recent lateral hire of Dr. Thorsten Seidel from Baker McKenzie, who also joined the Corporate/M&A team.
