Isaac brings extensive regulatory advisory experience to derivatives exchanges, financial institutions, and trading firms, with expertise in ISDA documentation, security-based swaps, and compliance requirements from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, and National Futures Association. Friedman specializes in corporate and partnership tax matters across private equity transactions, M&A, fund formation, and secondary transactions. Cole, formerly serving as chief executive and general counsel, advises clients on technology transactions, IP arrangements, and data-driven collaborations across technology, life sciences, industrial, and energy sectors, with specialized expertise in AI governance, GDPR, CCPA, and cybersecurity compliance.
