Cahill represented the underwriters in T-Mobile USA, Inc.’s public offering of $900,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.800% senior notes due 2028, $1,350,000,000 of 5.050% senior notes due 2033, and $1,250,000,000 of 5.750% senior notes due 2054. The offering’s proceeds were utilised for general company purposes, such as share repurchase and continuous debt refinancing. T-Mobile USA, Inc. is an American wireless network operator.
