Raue has advised XAnge in connection with the Series A financing round of the Hamburg-based software start-up Procuros, the firm announced on 6 October 2026. The company is receiving a total of EUR 20 million.
The round was led by XAnge. Existing investors Point Nine, Square One, Creandum and b2venture also participated again in the financing round. Procuros’ platform enables retailers and suppliers to exchange data with each other independently of their respective systems and formats. With the fresh capital, Procuros intends to drive its expansion in Europe and the US and to further develop its platform.
