franz + partner has welcomed three new lawyers, Charlotte Engelberth, LL.M., Ricarda Wild and Rafaela Haid, the firm announced on 27 October 2026. According to the firm, their arrival brings additional legal expertise, new perspectives and valuable impetus to its joint work.
With the three new arrivals, the firm’s legal team now comprises eight female and eight male lawyers. franz + partner says this balanced ratio reflects the equal importance of women and men in the firm, and that its female lawyers shape the professional work, contribute their expertise and commitment to client mandates and, like their male colleagues, contribute significantly to the firm’s further development.
