Seward & Kissel partners Jim Abbott, Nick Katsanos, Danielle Lemberg and Craig Sklar have been selected to The 2027 Lawdragon 500 Leading Dealmakers guide, the firm announced on 19 October 2026.
According to the firm, the four partners were honored alongside a group of lawyers that “close the transactions that remake industries, redraw markets and move trillions of dollars of value.”

The firm noted that the list is selected by combining independent journalistic research, submissions and vetting from established dealmakers and clients. The announcement lists the recognition under the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
