FBFK Law partner Kyle T. Overs has been selected to the 2027 San Diego Super Lawyers list, recognizing his professional achievements and work in trust and estate litigation, the firm announced on 23 October 2026. According to the firm, no more than 5% of attorneys in each state are selected to the Super Lawyers list each year.
Overs represents trustees, administrators and beneficiaries in contested and uncontested trust, estate and probate matters throughout California. His practice also includes business and commercial litigation, representing clients ranging from individuals and privately held businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

The selection adds to Overs’ previous recognition as a San Diego Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2018 to 2022. He has also been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America and serves as Chief Financial Officer and a board member of the San Diego County Bar Foundation.
