Douglas DiMedio, partner and co-chair of Benesch’s Corporate Practice Group, and partner Andrew Glickman have been named to the 2027 Lawdragon 500 Leading Dealmakers in America list, the firm announced on 19 October 2026. According to the firm, the annual guide recognizes leading transactional lawyers across a range of practices, including M&A and private equity, capital markets and finance, governance and shareholder activism, as well as tax, antitrust and regulatory matters.
DiMedio advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as other privately held businesses, on complex strategic transactions. Glickman, a former Big Law attorney and general counsel at both public and private companies, has experience spanning mergers, acquisitions, private equity, capital raising, IPOs, corporate governance and outside general counsel advice.
