Nicole Goodman has joined Tucker Ellis LLP in the firm’s Chicago office, bringing significant experience to the firm’s Finance Group, the firm announced on 19 October 2026.
According to the firm, Goodman represents institutional lenders, private credit lenders, and borrowers in a vast array of complex secured and unsecured lending transactions, including working capital financings, cash flow financings, asset-based financings, leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions, multi-currency financings and cross-border financings. Goodman’s practice covers a broad range of industries, including software and technology, retail, manufacturing, and business services. Before joining Tucker Ellis, Goodman was a partner at Mayer Brown in Chicago.
