Ruoss Vögele has advised the shareholders of a traditional Swiss industrial company with a history of more than 150 years on its sale to a large Swiss family-owned company active in the same industry, the firm announced on 30 September 2026.
According to the firm, the mandate comprised drafting and negotiating the share purchase agreement and further transaction agreements and documents, as well as process management including support through signing and closing.
