Menold Bezler has advised the Cpro Group, a portfolio company of the pan-European investment company Egeria, on its acquisition of exxonit GmbH, the firm announced on 20 October 2026.
According to the firm, exxonit is an SAP specialist based in Hofheim am Taunus and founded in 2011. In addition to public administration, it serves clients from mechanical engineering, insurance and the food industry. With the acquisition, the Cpro Group grows by around 60 employees and expands its presence in the public sector.
