Ombretta Dal Negro joins Morri Rossetti & Franzosi as Of Counsel. The Milan-based firm announced the appointment on its own website on 4 September 2026.

According to the announcement, Dal Negro’s practice covers commercial and corporate law, M&A, competition law, international law and corporate restructuring and insolvency, with a particular focus on companies operating in the Far East. The firm states that she has advised Italian and multinational companies on M&A transactions, commercial agreements and business relationships, and has acted in proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

The announcement further states that Dal Negro has been appointed by the Bankruptcy Division of the Court of Milan and has advised Extraordinary Commissioners of companies undergoing financial distress. She has served as an arbitrator at the Shanghai International Arbitration Commission and has worked on business relations with China and Southeast Asia. She has also served on the governing bodies of the Lombardy Delegation of AIDDA and of the Alliance of Business Lawyers.

According to the firm, the appointment continues a professional relationship with Prof. Mario Franzosi dating back to the 1980s, when the two jointly led a firm in which both were name partners.
