Yoveo AG has been purchased by Farner Consulting, a Waterland Private Equity portfolio firm. With the help of this acquisition, Farner Consultancy is now able to offer video consulting, video content, and video technology as part of its communication services.

In this transaction, Bär & Karrer served as Farner Consulting’s legal counsel. The team includes Susanne Schreiber, Cyrill Diefenbacher, Julian Hodel, Philippe Seiler, Raphael Annasohn, Arnold Romero, and Lazar Lepir (all M&A) (all Tax).
