Wendelstein has advised Aever Clinics Germany GmbH on the acquisition of the business operations of Cleanskin Betriebs GmbH from the company’s insolvency administrator as an asset sale in the course of an insolvency restructuring (übertragende Sanierung), within a competitive investor process. The firm announced the transaction on 14 October 2026.
The acquisition covers Cleanskin’s locations in Essen, Dortmund, Leipzig and Munich together with the employees working there, and the business is being continued without interruption. Munich-based Cleanskin offers aesthetic treatments with a focus on permanent hair and tattoo removal.

Aever Clinics is an international operator of aesthetic clinics headquartered in Amsterdam. Its German activities are bundled in Aever Clinics Germany GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main, which has so far operated locations in Berlin, Cologne and Hamburg.
