Vinge has advised the owners of Compab Energiteknik in connection with the sale of 80 per cent of the shares to Tången Industrikapital, the firm announced on 26 October 2026.
Compab, which has a turnover of approximately SEK 100 million, sells, installs and services, amongst other things, steam and hot-water boilers as well as burners for the industrial sector. According to the firm, Censor M&A acted as financial adviser and project manager for the sellers.
