Stephenson Harwood LLP helped Polymateria Limited, a UK biodegradable plastic technology startup fighting global plastic pollution, on its Series B fundraising deal.

ABC Impact and Indorama Ventures lead the £20 million fundraising. Polymateria will use this capital to speed global commercialization, enter new markets, and improve research and development.

Polymateria’s biotransformation technology biodegrades plastic outdoors without microplastic or hazardous residue.
